    K.P. Kauffman Company, Inc., ("KPK") is an independent oil and gas production, drilling, well service and transportation company engaged in the exploration, development, acquisition, operation and well service of oil and gas properties in the Rocky Mountain States, Denver-Julesberg Basin, North Park Basin, Piceance Basin and Permian Basin. KPK is a privately held company that was founded on June 5, 1984. Kevin P. Kauffman is the founder and serves as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President.  

    JWS of New Mexico, Inc. ("JWS")is a wholly owned subsidiary of KPK providing pump and kill truck services and operates as a interstate and intrastate DOT carrier of brine, disposal, and fresh water in the Southeast New Mexico and West Texas sections of the Permian Basin.

    Kauffman Well Service, Inc. ("KWS") is a wholly owned subsidiary of KPK providing drilling rigs, workover rigs, hot oiling, water hauling, water disposal, material and equipment hauling, excavation and dirt moving, environmental, facility construction, roustabout and pipeline repair services in the Denver-Julesberg Basin of Colorado, internally in support of KPK's production operation and externally on a commercial basis to third parties.

    Wattenberg Disposal, L.L.C. ("Wattenberg") owns the only commercial non-hazardous EPA regulated Class 1 and Class 2 deep injection disposal well and facility in the State of Colorado. The facility is operated by KWS and located on a 40 acre farm owned by KLD in the heart of Spindle.

    Kauffman Pump and Supply, L.L.C. ("KPS") provides oilfield service and supply. KPS is a distributor for several oilfield equipment manufactures and rebuilds downhole pump assemblies, packers and tubing anchors.

   Kauffman Land and Development, L.L.C. ("KLD") serves to hold specialized equipment assets and real estate, unaffliated with KPK.

   Kauffman Transportation Services, Inc. ("KTS") is a wholly owned subsidiary of KPK providing rig moving and hauling services in the DJ Basin and surrounding areas.

    Kauffman Drilling Company, Inc. ("KDC") is a wholly owned subsidiary of KPK providing complete vertical, directional and horizontal drilling services.

    KPK, its subsidiaries and affiliates maintain their corporate headquarters at the Wells Fargo Center located at 1700 Lincoln St., Suite 4550, Denver, Colorado 80203. Field offices, maintenance shops and truck terminals are located in Ft. Lupton, Colorado and Artesia and Carlsbad, New Mexico and Dell City, Texas. The Kauffman FAA Certified Heliport is located at the KPK Field Office in Ft. Lupton, CO. ATS is based at Centennial Aiport, (KAPA).

    KPK's corporate structure comprises four principal divisions, four wholly owned subsidiaries: Exploration and Production, Crude Oil and Natural Gas Gathering, Environmental Services, Fiduciary Management, subsidiaries JWS, KWS, KTS, KDC and affiliates Wattenberg, Kauffman Land Development and KPS.

    KPK corporately operates and owns a majority to 100% working interest in over 1400 producing oil and gas wells and owns non-operated interests in an additional 373 wells bringing total well count to 1,673 wells and leasehold interest of over 50,000 net mineral acres. KPK has a forward inventory of over 2,400 (1000) drilling and (1400) recompletion frac engineered objectives with 3P reserves of over 50MMBoe, as independently engineered by Netherland and Sewell. The wells are located in the Battleship Field-Water Flood Unit in the North Park Basin, State of Colorado, the Bombing Range, Bugle, Comanche Creek, Irondale, Hambert, Hudson, Johnstown, Pronghorn, Quarry, Sidewinder, Wildhorse, and Spindle Fields located in the Denver Julesberg Basin with internal development assets in the Spindle Field, Wattenberg Field, DJ Basin and Piceance Basin State of Colorado.
